I'm a financial analyst, narcissistic abuse survivor and single mom. I've spent 12 years of my life studying what a single mom needs to thrive, and I want the same for you, in a fraction of the time.

are you tired of the "single mom" program?

Join us as we challenge the status quo in what it means to raise the next generation alone.

Every moment of our life represents a choice or a change that defines us. For single mothers, this usually involves a setup for a story of resilience, strength, and profound love. Yet because of our daily responsibilities and the nurturing of our little ones, we lose sight of our personal growth and forget about the women we aspire to become. Remember: to embrace our fullest potential, we have to be willing to sacrifice who we currently are for the woman we’re meant to become.

THE SACRIFICE OF COMFORT FOR GROWTH

Change is uncomfortable for everyone. We’re hardwired against it. Change asks us to step out of our comfort zones and venture into the unknown. For us, the familiar—no matter how limiting—provides a sense of security. As single moms, stepping out into the unknown could mean “death”. With little ones depending on us for survival, it’s just not something we have a natural inclination for.  But imagine for a moment, what lies on the other side of that comfort –  growth, opportunities, and most likely, a version of yourself that you’ve always dreamed of being. Going on this journey requires us to let go of certain habits, thoughts, or even relationships that no longer serve our higher purpose. It’s not about losing ourselves. It’s about shedding the layers that no longer fit.

THE COURAGE TO FACE THE UNKNOWN

We aren’t strangers to courage. Daily, we are confronting fears, challenging societal expectations, and, most importantly, believing in our own strength when everything around us is telling us otherwise. Remember, every successful mom stood at the precipice of change at one point, wrestling with fear and doubt. What set them apart was not the absence of fear but the courage to move forward despite it. As single moms, we have already proven our resilience and capability in facing life’s challenges head-on. Let this courage be your guide.

OUR TRUE WISDOM – EMBRACING CHANGE

Embracing change isn’t just about personal transformation; it’s about modeling resilience, adaptability, and courage for our children. It shows them that life is not about staying where it feels safe all the time but rather about continuously evolving into better versions of ourselves. I often remember my son learning to ski. Would I want him to stay on the bunny hill forever? Or do I want to see him challenge himself (ideally, with an instructor) on a hill just above his current level? When we first started learning to ski together a few years back, I knew something sank in when he said “Mama, I haven’t fallen a lot today. I don’t think the hill we’re on is hard enough.” Your journey of stepping outside of your comfort zone and pursuing self-discovery and growth teaches your children the importance of pursuing their dreams, the value of hard work, focusing on the journey and the beauty of becoming who they’re meant to be.

WE ALL NEED SUPPORT

Sometimes it’s doing it alone that seems like the scariest part. It’s a reality for many of us. Find a community of like-minded moms who are also on their path to self-improvement and becoming the women of their dreams. Surround yourself with people who uplift you, offer constructive advice, and remind you of your strength on the days when doubt creeps in. I like to find “sisters who lift one another out of despair when we lack our own strength.” We were all there before, and will be again. Life is hard. But we do hard things. Whether it’s family, friends, or a support group for single moms, having a network of support isn’t just valuable, it’s necessary. They are your cheerleaders, sounding boards, and sometimes, the mirror you need to see your own progress.

THE WOMAN OF YOUR DREAMS

The woman you’re meant to be is closer than you think. She is with you right now, waiting to be seen. She has been strengthened by every challenge she faced and tear she shed for herself, her old life and for her children.  Her transformation is not only personal; it’s a legacy she’s building for her children. She is a testament to the grace of the single mothers who come after her.

Sacrificing the woman you are isn’t about loss; it’s about investment. It’s an investment in yourself, your dreams, and your children’s future. Being willing to sacrifice who you are for who you are becoming is perhaps the greatest act of love—not only for yourself but for your family.

So mamas, our paths are full of challenges, but you are capable, you are resilient, and you are on your way to becoming the woman of your dreams.

With love and encouragement,

Talia
